Quanzhou First One Machinery Co.,Ltd has successfully delivered, installed, and commissioned a full-servo baby diaper production line for a manufacturer in Nigeria. The project was completed in 45 days from order confirmation to trial production, marking another milestone in First One’s African market expansion.
The scope included:
· Factory layout design & 3D simulation.
· Machinery manufacturing & FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
· Sea freight & on-site installation.
· 2-week operator training & after-sales support.
The line is designed to produce 500–700 diapers per minute (adjustable for newborn/toddler sizes) and features auto-core forming, elastic waistband application, and automatic packaging. During trial runs, it achieved 97.8% efficiency and zero major defects, exceeding the client’s expectations.
