First One New Diaper Machine Installation & Commissioning Completed

Recently, our engineering team successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a new high-speed diaper production line for an Indonesian client. This new machine, designed for large-scale production, features advanced core-forming technology and intelligent control systems, which will significantly improve the client’s production efficiency and product quality.

The installation process took 5 working days, during which our team strictly followed international installation standards to ensure the stable operation of each component. From equipment unloading, positioning, and wiring to system debugging, every link was carried out with precision. After installation, we conducted a 72-hour continuous test run: the machine operated stably at a speed of 80 pieces per minute, with a qualified product rate of 98.5%, far exceeding the client’s expected target of 95%.

In addition to completing the installation and commissioning, our team also provided on-site training for the client’s 6 operators, covering machine operation, parameter adjustment, and daily maintenance.
